Kakobuy Spreadsheet community buzz: views, haul posts and Discord

Videos with six-figure views, haul posts with dozens of upvotes, a busy Discord. Community heat is real information about attention. It is thin information about parcels, and some of it is paid for.

What a view count measures

A view count uses the platform’s own counting rules and measures attention rather than purchase outcomes. A haul video with 86,860 views (a 20 kg budget haul from June 2026, counted on 10 October 2026) tells you the format is popular. It does not tell you how many viewers ordered the items, or how those orders went.

Watch for what the video actually shows. A haul unboxing shows items as they come out of the box, under good light, once. It rarely shows the second week of wear, the item that was returned, or the parcel that went missing. Treat it as a catalogue with a presenter.

Notice the buttons in Kakobuy's own parcel list above: Qc picture, Share coupon, Share. Sharing is built into the flow.

Some haul posts are rewarded by Kakobuy

Kakobuy runs a reward programme for posts, and the help centre explains how to earn more from it. Help article 124 tells buyers to tag videos with the brand name and haul tags, says it gives more cash rewards for more views, and points to a Share W2C function that generates product titles, prices, purchase links and QC photos ready to post on forums such as Reddit.

The shared links carry the poster's own commission link, and the article states that as long as a post stays up and stays popular, it keeps earning. Nothing is hidden here, and the posts can still be honest. But it changes how you read them: a glowing haul post is partly a referral. Read it the way you would read this site's own category links, which also carry referral tags.

The parcels nobody posts

A community feed is a self-selected set of posts and does not provide a denominator for successful or failed parcels. The captured receipt guidance describes a two-day postal or evidence window and a separate 72-hour agent-reporting instruction. Keep the outer box, seals and images and report promptly through the applicable channels; check the actual route requirements rather than treating those numbers as a universal claim rule.

So when you read a thread, look for the problem posts as well. Two threads in the official subreddit on 9 October 2026 were a question about a 10.2 kg parcel's quote after the rehearsal packing step, and a buyer asking whether a parcel on the UK Air Freight Direct Line (Economy) was delayed or lost. Those are worth more to your decision than a gallery.

Community feedback we checked, with dates

We read the official community channels and a handful of widely viewed videos on 10 October 2026. What we took from each, and what it can and cannot support:

The official Discord is linked from the Kakobuy home page and is where staff announce giveaways. None of these sources is a substitute for the warehouse photos of your own item.

Look for an outcome, not just reach

Prefer a post that identifies when and where the parcel was sent, what the buyer actually received and how a problem was resolved. Views, votes and followers do not supply the total number of attempted orders needed to calculate a success rate.
