Heat Check: test a listing's popularity against the Kakobuy rules

Tick the signals you saw, choose the category and where the link comes from. Heat Check lists what each signal reads, what it misses, and the next check for that gap, with the help-centre article behind every line.

Run the Heat Check on one listing

How to use this tool and read the result

Each ticked signal becomes a three-part line. The orange half repeats what the signal can honestly tell you. The blue half names what it cannot. The white strip underneath is the Kakobuy check that may help answer the question, with dated reference charges where available.

Below the lines sit the rules for the listing itself: what the warehouse checks in this category, what the link source means for ordering and after-sales, and the deadline for acting once the item is in stock.

A practical way to use it: open the result in a second tab while you fill in the Kakobuy order, and write a specific request from the checklist into the remarks box. The request then travels with the order instead of living in your memory.

The tool keeps no record of what you tick and sends nothing anywhere. Refresh the page and it starts clean.

What Heat Check does not do

It does not score listings or verify a seller. The tool has no product-level outcome data and cannot infer a reliable quality rating from your selections.

The tool leaves out services that do not resolve the selected evidence gap. For example, the captured priority-purchase service has a paid handling target, but it does not establish stock, improve product quality or guarantee seller dispatch. Check the current service conditions before paying for speed.

And it cannot see the listing. It knows only what you tick. If the shop page shows something odd, such as a price far below every other shop with the same photo, trust what you see over any checklist.

Keep the result beside the real listing

The checklist only knows the inputs you select. It cannot read the seller page, verify a counter or make a photo request for you. Record the particular question, then use the official order channel to ask whether it can be checked.

Re-run the check when the request changes

A clothing listing with clear measurements raises different questions from a sealed electronic item, even if both have many reviews. Re-run the tool when you change category or purchase channel; do not carry a checklist from one item onto another.

If the result asks for a measurement, verify that the selected service can provide it. If it warns about a manual-order restriction, resolve that before payment. The checklist is complete only when you have recorded the actual answer or consciously left the question unresolved.
