Need help with an order
For anything about a live order, contact Kakobuy directly; we cannot see or change orders. Live chat runs 9am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, UK time. The customer service email is [email protected]; [email protected] is for business cooperation only. The official Discord takes feedback, and the subreddit r/kakobuy is headed Kakobuy Official Community.
For a delivery problem, report promptly and keep separate the carrier’s evidence process and Kakobuy’s support-reporting process. The captured abnormal-delivery guidance describes a two-day evidence window and a 72-hour report; check the applicable current route and carrier requirements rather than treating one deadline as the other.

Glossary: terms you will see on listings and orders
- QC
- Quality check: the free warehouse inspection and its photos.
- GL / RL
- Forum shorthand for green light (approve the item and ship) and red light (reject it and ask for an exchange or return). Kakobuy itself does not use these words; its buttons say ship, return and exchange.
- OG number
- The ID of a product order in Kakobuy, needed for photo requests and storage extensions.
- Stocked in
- A warehouse status. The eligible return and storage rules have distinct triggers and deadlines; record each separately.
- Shortfall
- An extra payment when the seller's price or domestic shipping rises after you pay.
- Rehearsal packing
- Packing the parcel in advance to learn its weight before you pay for the line.
- Fill & Buy
- The manual order form for links Kakobuy cannot load; no after-sales and no cancellation after payment.
- W2C
- Forum shorthand for where to cop: a link to buy an item. Kakobuy's Share W2C button builds one for posting.

Frequently asked questions about popular listings
Does a high sales count mean the item is good?
It is a reported count for a listing, often spanning multiple variants; the counting period and definition need checking. It does not cover your colour, your size or the current production run. Check those with the warehouse photos and, if needed, a 2-yuan personalised photo.
Why was my item out of stock when the listing still shows stock?
Some sellers do not update their online inventory in time. Kakobuy double-checks with the seller and the seller's real stock decides (help article 86). A cancelled order at that stage refunds to your Kakobuy balance.
How long do I have to return something?
Under the 5-day guarantee, 120 hours from the hour after the status changes to stocked in, if the seller agrees and the item is not in an excluded category.
Will Kakobuy test my earbuds or smell my perfume?
No. Electronics are checked for accessories and physical damage only, and sealed packs are not opened (help articles 76 and 89).
Are haul videos and posts independent?
Some are rewarded. Kakobuy's help article 124 describes cash rewards for posts and commission links inside shared content. Read them as partly promotional.
Do you rank listings or agents?
No. We do not have the product-level outcome data needed for a reliable ranking. The pages explain what to verify next.

- 9 October 2026, Halloween Fest 2026. A 10% shipping subsidy sitewide from 10 to 16 October (Beijing time), with subsidies expiring on 30 November 2026; a coupon pack under code KAKOHALLOWEEN valid 10 to 31 October; a flash sale on 15 and 16 October with all products at least 1% off.
- 1 July 2026, EU duty-free lines update. Duty-free EU lines continue, including applicable taxes and duties.
- 23 June 2026, EU category-based customs fees. The historical operator notice describes a category-duty change and its own €3-per-parcel arrangement, subject to notice; verify current route and destination requirements.
- 17 April 2025, tax-free routes for American users.
- 22 September 2024, new user coupons. The historical notice advertises a 3000-yuan coupon bundle; it is not cash and should not be added to the separate $105 banner claim. Check individual thresholds and expiry.
Promotions expire. The relevant eligibility date may be purchase, redemption or parcel payment. Check the current event terms before counting a discount.

For an order issue, use the official account channel with the order reference, status, time of the change and relevant photos. Avoid posting addresses, identity documents or payment details in public community threads.
