Kakobuy Spreadsheet categories, read for what popularity hides
Sixteen catalogue categories in three groups. Each group explains what Kakobuy's free inspection can confirm, what a sales count cannot, and the one check worth paying for before the parcel leaves Xiamen.
How the category pages work

Each category below opens a live page of product cards. A card shows the seller's photo, the shop's own title and a price in yuan, and it links to the listing on the source marketplace. When you have picked one, copy the shop link into Kakobuy and order from there.
Keep one thing in mind while scrolling. The two cards in this picture came from the same category page on the same day. They carry different titles and the same collage photo. That is common, and the same-photo page explains what it does and does not mean.
The search box on the home page reaches the same catalogue by keyword. The womenswear door is a keyword search rather than a category, so expect mixed product types in it.
Sized clothing and shoes: where a sales count says least

Clothes and shoes are the categories Kakobuy opens at inspection. Help article 76 says the inspector checks colour, size (as written in your final order comment), large-area damage and other common major issues. It also says Kakobuy is not responsible for colour difference, loose threads or other small issues. So the free check includes the size label; you should still review the evidence. It will not tell you whether a medium from this shop fits like a medium from the brand you know.
That is why popularity is weakest here. A listing with tens of thousands of sales has sold every size, and the people who were happy with a large say nothing about your medium. Before ordering, find the measurement chart on the shop page and copy the line you need into the remarks box. After stock-in, a personalised photo of the item lying next to a tape measure costs 2 yuan (help article 114) and can help compare that measurement; it does not guarantee fit.
Trainers and sneakers CategoryCheck whether the count covers all variants.
Denim jeans CategoryWaist and inseam charts vary shop to shop.
Joggers and sweats CategoryCuff and rise rarely show in sales photos.
Tees CategoryChest width is the number worth asking for.
Hoodies and zips CategoryCompare the selected colour and actual measurements.
Outer layers CategoryFill and lining sit under the shell the photo shows.
Football and team shirts CategoryPrinted names and numbers are the parts to photograph.
Women's picks Search resultsA keyword search, so mixed product types turn up.Accessories: one size, many details

Bags are on the list of items Kakobuy opens at intake, together with clothes, shoes and suitcases. Hats, belts, glasses, jewellery and watches are not. For those, help article 89 limits the check to appearance, and the disclaimer in help article 48 adds that brand items, electrical items, tickets and cards cannot be inspected professionally for quality, authenticity or completeness.
For a watch with a big sales count that means the warehouse photo shows the case and the strap. It does not show whether it keeps time. For a bracelet it shows the shape, not the plating. If a detail matters, say so in the remarks and pay for the extra photo; asking costs less than a return.
Handbags and crossbodies CategoryBags are opened at inspection, unlike sealed goods.
Caps and beanies CategoryOne-size labels still differ in crown depth.
Belts CategoryLength and buckle width are worth a measured photo.
Sunglasses and frames CategoryLens quality is outside a visual check.
Necklaces and bracelets CategoryPlating and clasp strength cannot be seen in a photo.
Wristwatches CategoryA visual check does not verify the movement or battery.Sealed and powered goods: the categories popularity cannot reach

These two categories show the gap most clearly. Kakobuy will not open a sealed pack or a pack with a sealing strip (help article 89). For digital and electrical goods the warehouse checks that the accessories are all there and that nothing is physically broken, and it does not test function (help article 76). Sensitive items such as essential oils, care solutions, lubricants, batteries and glue may be taken out of the parcel for shipping (help article 48).
The return rules make it sharper still. Under the 5-day return guarantee, fragrance and cosmetics must keep their one-time seal to be returnable, and digital products need an undamaged access sticker. Open the bottle to test it and the return is gone. A popular fragrance listing is therefore a bet on the shop, not on the bottle, and you should size the order accordingly.
Before you leave the catalogue

Three habits make category browsing safer than it looks:
- Open the shop page, not just the card. The card title is the seller's text, trimmed. The shop page has the size chart, the variant list and sometimes a note about restocks.
- Write down the variant. Note colour and size exactly as the shop lists them, including Chinese size codes if that is what the shop uses. The warehouse checks size against your final order comment.
- Decide your check in advance. For sized items, a measured photo. For accessories, a close-up of the detail you care about. For sealed or powered goods, accept that the check ends at the box.
Then run the listing through Heat Check if you want the plan written out.
Keep the catalogue separate from checkout
The category is a discovery aid. Open the live seller page, confirm the exact variant and compare the final agent checkout. The image and price on a saved catalogue card may describe an earlier version of the listing.
